No, the crowdsale is fixed I think. So rather than having a cap amount with USD they choose to have the cap amount in Ethereum. I think this is a rather good decision because of the volatality.

I think any game that has something tradeable could be added the platform. For example WoW has account trades, key trades (TGC, game time and expansion), boosts etc. So any game with a tradeable item could be a part of the platform in the future but I guess they highligthed CS GO especially because its hot right now.
