Yes, initial idea is to become a Kickstarter for ICOs.
Price volatility is indeed a common problem of cryptocurrency market. Which goals are to be set, and wether it's necessary to change them or not if the price of ETH/BTC changes is completely up to the founders of the projects, and not us as we are not in control of this.

First of all, thank you for your interest in our service.
We didn't expect such huge user flow so fast.

Right now we are working on a detailed F.A.Q. to give complete details about our service.

And for your questions:

how do you handle the funds escrow ?

Mainly there are 3 ways of how we do it:

First one - is when we don't even touch the funds at all.  As those crowdsales which are listed on our website give us their ETH or BTC addressees which we show to our users. In this case our users send their funds directly to the crowdsale, and crowd sale organizers handle the escrow on their side.

Second - when we participate in the crowd sale ourselves, buying tokens from the crowdsale - and then we allow our users to purchase these tokens from our stake.

And the last way to go - is when we make partnership with the crowdsale organizers, who allow us to collect the funds for their crowdsale on our platform, which we send to the multisig wallet which which can only be open with an approval of the escrow team which we hire together with the crowd sale organizers.

Do i have to bring my escrow team over to you or you already have your own escrow team.

As I said there are several way to do that. We can go both way.

We have changed the price for BNT token due to high demand. But as your purchase was at the very exact moment when we changed it, you weren't aware of the price change, se we had to recalculate your tokens manually.

Hi there. Sorry for the delayed answer, we're doing the best we can to answer everyone as fast as possible. We really appreciate your feedback and are also in the process of creating an FAQ and updating our site so that this kind of information is more readily available to users.
So to answer your questions:
1) Yes, tokens can be withdrawn only when the ICO is over AND the tokens have been released to the market and become transferable. Before the ICO in question releases the tokens to the market it is technically impossible to withdraw them, as they are locked on a smart contract.
2) Yes, a 'Withdraw' button will appear in your ICObazaar user profile in the 'My Tokens' section as soon as the tokens become transferable.
3) The moment your tokens become transferable we will send you a notification email with instructions on how to withdraw.
4) Your tokens will not be automatically deposited in any wallet. They will remain in your user profile until you decide to withdraw them. Once they are transferable, you will be able to withdraw them to any wallet of your choice.
Again, very sorry for the delayed answer, we'll try to respond faster in the future!

Ahaaaa!!  someone is awake, thank you! you are welcome for the kind workds, as your site deservs it (assuming the token tranfer issue is taken care of) According to Cryptocompair.com CIV tokens are being traded on HitBTC and they are quoting prices, volume and individual trades.  The civic website and token sale site do not provide any indication if they have released the tokens, so I will take our word for it that you have not received notification from Civic yet. 

Curious where the tokens on HitBTC came from (yes totally off topic for this discussion).  I don't think Vinney would let early institutional investors hit the market before the rest of us....

SEC Issues Investigative Report Concluding DAO Tokens, a Digital Asset, Were Securities.

The report by The Securities and Exchange Commission issued today stated: "Tokens offered and sold by a 'virtual' organization known as 'The DAO' were securities and therefore subject to the federal securities laws." SEC also pointed out that "U.S. Securities Laws May Apply to Offers, Sales, and Trading of Interests in Virtual Organizations."
The main idea of this report is that ICOs that are offering investments must register with the SEC. However, they also point out that certain exemptions may apply. In some cases, if a token is not a security, but instead has an actual utility, then the ICO (Initial Coin Offering) may not have to register with the SEC since that would not necessarily be considered an "investment" or security. There was no detailed explanation of exactly what would or wouldn't be considered a security, but only commented on The Dao.

Up until now, many legitimate ICOs have been "self-regulating" and doing things such as not allowing U.S. Citizens to be involved if they did believe they were offering a security or investment.

On the one hand, it brings legitimacy to this sphere and decrease amount of fraud being committed. On the other hand, SEC simply applied established case law to the novel technology of an ICO.

After SEC's ruling about ICO's many leaders of companies connected with Blockchain technologies expressed their own opinions of how this affects the future of ICOs.
The report stated that DAO ICO violated the laws while launching the ICO and now currency ICOs should be considered as securities.
According to Ari Mellich, Decentraland Project Lead, the SEC decision won't affect the cryptocurrency market in general.
Arnold Spencer, Coinsource General Counsel, stated that the decision will result in significant fallout for the companies with similar structure with DAO as the process of registering ICOs as securities is quite expensive and complicated.

Bitcoin Cash Now Third Highest Valued Cryptocurrency Market Cap.
On August 1st the Bitcoin blockchain forked into two separate networks producing a digital currency - Bitcoin Cash (BCH or BCC). Bitcoin cash has secured its place as a top cryptocurrency within a day of entering the marketplace. While BTC price falls, the price of Bitcoin Cash on Bittrex reached $955 (0.35 BTC). It is the third-largest cryptocurrency by market cap, surpassing big-name coins such as Ripple ($6.7 billion) and Litecoin ($2.2 billion).
So far for BCH, BTC, and blockchains, the transition has been smooth all around, and this includes trading markets.

Cerber ransomware can now steal Bitcoin wallets, browser passwords.
According to the two security researchers at Trend Microhe (Gilbert Sison and Janus Agcaoili), #Cerber ransomware now can steal files and passwords saved in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox and related to Bitcoin wallets. The app is searching for files named wallet.dat (used by the official Bitcoin Core wallet), *.wallet (used by the Multibit wallet app), and electrum.dat (used by the Electrum wallet app) and steals it.
"This new feature shows that attackers are trying out new ways to monetize ransomware," the two researchers say. "Stealing the #Bitcoins of targeted users would represent a valuable source of potential income." Please, be careful.

The concept of self-regulation does not mean that the SRO is regulating itself, but rather that it is tasked with regulating the market it services.

I still have not received any response about purchasing Monetha and them taking it back only to reduce it to 1 ETH = 1000.  They don't respond to customer support unless you publicly rip in to them and complain about it. They have time to tweet but no time to respond to serious problems that continue to plague them. Looking online, they're reputation is getting worse by the day. What a great idea but what's  the point if you can't follow through? How do We know the tokens we hold currently won't magically disappear?  I feel your pain! I also lost ETH after getting "Oops there was an Issue." Yeah, it's a big Issue alright. Plans for a fiat-cryptocurrency, government regulation, and a rising crypto market

Today a senior official stated that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has established a group to look into making an official crypto currency that would operate as legal tender, meaning it would be officially recognized as a medium of payment by the state/legal system. The RBI is referring to this potential currency as a ‘fiat cryptocurrency’, “Something that is an alternative to the Indian rupee, so to speak.”, stated the Bank’s Executive Director, Sudarshan Sen.
In general, RBI’s position on crypto is cautionary, saying they crypto presents potential financial, legal, customer protection and security-related risks. In February of this year, they issued a warning that individuals who hold crypto do so at their own risk, meaning that the Bank’s position may be cautionary, but is relatively lax. No one is outlawing private individuals from buying and selling crypto here. Not to mention that more than 50 new merchants were reported to be accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment in this July alone.
Recently BitIndia, a blockchain based platform that will allow people to trade cryptocurrencies in India, announced their crowdsale campaign. Roshaan Khan, a 20-year-old senior at Virginia Commonwealth University, is one of those millennials. “All of my net worth is in cryptocurrencies because I see them as the best way to escalate my ability to be financially secure and pay off my student loans,” Khan said. “I like the idea of decentralization, the fact that there’s a lot less corruption and political ties. That idea appeals to me … Not having to go through banks. Having financial control over our lives again.”
The author of Mastering Bitcoin and The Internet of Money, Andreas M. Antonopoulos, says that Millennials likely to believe in this system as it hasn’t betrayed them yet.
“When you talk to millennials who have been thoroughly disappointed by every single social institution -- the government, the church, the politics, the parties -- they can’t trust anyone anymore,” Antonopoulos said. “They remember 2008, because it was the first big crash they’ve had, and many millennials have been unable to find work. They watched no bankers go to jail.”

You keep updating the site and you keep removing Tezos or any other coins we are stuck with. How are we suppose to trust you? Please tell us when you are going to bring account information back? You cannot just remove our account data and coins we hold. Its ridiculous the amount of times you have reloved it.

Plus I know you are not based in Switzerland, you are in UK. Its very easy to file a complaint according to cyber security watch group here.

Im frankly quite sick of their unusual operations. They can be a really good reliable platform but they just seem to constantly screw wih peoples head by doing these funny things. I have seen the account who posts here login today so clearly they are active, same for twitter and all other sites.

I have a friend who has checked their office address and they are not based in that building that they claim, they are based in UK it seems from their info. I can report to Cyber Security watch dog if they dont reply by June.

The problem is that we all support you and your work, we want you to succeed as the whole crypto community succeeds. Although, you have to be more transparent. You have provided an email address but all the emails sent to support@icobazaar or any other emails you have provided gives no response. Your twitter, telegram accounts are regularly posting stuff and then your customers wonder why you cannot reply to emails. Crypto is a very tight knit community and everyone knows someone. You have to really look after your customers and customers will look after you. There are people who are interested in working with you but they are discouraged by this behaviour. You need to be more transparent and we all know our balances, we want you to help us (whoever wants to withdraw) with queries. Please can you just prioritise on customer withdrawals and then then focus on other things. I hope you can respond to this with clear answers about your response times on the email you provided and what people need to get their coins.

I have received an email notifying that my Tezos tokens will be distributed to HitBTC  "soon." If I don't have an account, I should create one and then log in using the same email I have used with Bazaar site. I have emailed back and yet to hear how this is going to happen with only an email address, not a XTZ address ( which isn't supplied on Hitbtc). Yeah, They finally began showing good faith and responding and now they've possibly disappeared again. I understand they are busy, but tokens HAVE been distributed and obviously there was a  decent sell off. I received the email that we would be receiving our XTZ at HitBTC "soon" and after multiple emails to them, nothing in response. That was a month ago. They have the tokens, so I don't understand. They are here and seeing these posts and this whole debacle could be over with. Do we need an XTZ address? Obviously we can get one from HitBTC. How did other gets theirs? Do you only need our email as stated in your email? Can we just get some specifics? That would be great. I am remaining optimistic.

I use to be your happy client until you upgraded your website and ignored all my emails for guidance to withdraw my Tezos tokens.
