Agreed, every project will not grow as giant all of a sudden. It will always need a process to grow bigger and stronger.

OMG is purely PoS as already mentioned in OP. But I like concept of treasure level as user who stake higher amount of coins can get chance to win free rewards in BTC. This looks nice strategy to engage new user and trader to increase value of cryptocurrency(OMG).
