If OgNasty agreed to these terms i would hope that he signed a message from that address or a different address to show us that he is in control of the 0.2BTC that he would be putting up against TMAN's.

tee some of us don't need an escrow, our word is good enough on a deal, god I sent someone more than 6BTC this week and I was sent 10BTC less than 2 weeks ago all without escrow.

At no point was it an escrow.  If it was meant to be held in escrow, you forgot to include the fee...  Also, I require a signed statement from the sending address to prove you own it before refunding escrows since we didn't discuss you sending a payment to my address beforehand privately and I can't ensure it was sent from you.

you know very well I do not control the address the funds were sent from, I quoted in the thread I was sending from Polo. You were escrow as Z refused to get involved once it started kicking off. you accepted the funds and accepted escrow responsibility - this is not cricket as you rightly pointed out earlier in the thread.

I did not lose the bet as the picture showed no proof it was today. its pretty clear that is what I stipulated twice in the thread and other trusted members have picked the point up -  therefore you are stealing the funds.

your refusal to listen to anyone else other than yourself has left me no option than to open a scam thread.

its similar to the NF page - initially it was shares then seats... enjoy OG/Nano - whatever you are going to be today to avoid the IRS.  you had multiple options to fix this and refused, any reputable member would of returned the funds or asked another escrow to take over.
