I will tell you that Paypal is not safe even if you will get the funds send as f&f as you say it can still be reversed and you will be a target for scammers on this forum please not accept paypal you will be scammed very soon if you do so.
For skrill you should ask to see the statements because even skrill is not 100% save if the funds are coming from a credit card it's easy for the sender to reverse credit card payments and your skrill payment will be reversed as well
