It's not a terrorist attack. The gunman was a regular casino player not just in Resorts World's Manila but on other casinos and full of debts and loans. Maybe because of frustration that's why he did that thing. Even with that incident, I feel safe as it was not related to a terrorist attacks. And attacks happens everywhere even in the first world country where security is more secure than that on Philippines. The incident takes place just few miles away from my work location. Employees of nearby establishments there are not afraid so how much more to those people who are rocket away from the place.

These incident is not an terrorist attack but a robbery. And from the news update, these man is a Filipino whose lost a lot of money through gambling and he's even banned on the casino. You did see the gun he was brandishing didn't you?
In the videos it clearly looked like a automatic weapon that the IS-IS fighters in the firefight that is going on right now with the Duerte government.
They showed these same weapons in the news broadcasts just last week.
So how you or anyone not say he can obtain such a weapon and not intend to use it?

He was too far under his head in debt so this caused him to snap. And the banks should of notified authorities when he was in so much in arrears to them and should of been triggers when no payments were made to his creditors. That in itself should of been a key warning sign of when someone is about to either rob a bank or this cause a casino in a last ditch effort to do something and not just give up and end up killing themselves and probably the bank owners and creditors of who are after them in the first place.
People are not to be messed with when they are in this situation and especially if a collector of guns. Jesus that is a red alert!
There was a case just like this in the states but it was a of a kid still living at home and his dad was a gun collector so he had easy access to the guns and was not the owner.
He shot and killed teachers and fellow students in that case. But similar with how his mindset would of been about being wronged by that society in someone way shape or form.
The difference is this guy was an adult even if still living with his parents and that was just a child/kid in high school and not in debt was the root cause of his rampage but of being picked on by other students.
