Hello all! Someone wants to buy beautiful bitcoin addresses?
Example: 1BTC2ZqS5raaQ5Vv5CtiFJadV7FPYfHL7t

I will send you WIF-key.

Note that 4 symbols (for example, 1BITC...) is 60 times expensive that 3 symbols (1BTC...) because it's harder to generate it.
Your price for 1BTC...?
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

lol, I think that this is by far the most extrange thing I've ever seen on the web  Cheesy Cheesy Are you just selling the address ID when it is known that it changes every few transactions to provide anonymity? Good luck with your project, you might get a few customers, but lol.

To be honest, your service is trash. Guys do not buy anything from this guy, i generated both of these addresses under 5 seconds with a crappy and old gtx 550ti.

1BTC:
Code:
w0lfie@w0lfie-MATE:~/vanitygen$ ./vanitygen 1BTC
Difficulty: 77178
Pattern: 1BTC

Privkey: 5J1ZCu4MTYngfz3ZX3rzADr5yz5hiSJusGWok9NGriN5qP8HRX9

and the 1BTCT:
Code:
w0lfie@w0lfie-MATE:~/vanitygen$ ./vanitygen 1BTCT
Difficulty: 4476342
Pattern: 1BTCT

Is your service some horrible try to scam new users, or don't you even know what you are talking about.
You can generate 3 and 4 letter vanity addresses in a matter of seconds even on a crappy and old hardware.

OP is asking the price for a four character symbol while he should mention in the op itself. The Wallet Import Format key you are talking about does not mean you own the address.

To anyone even remotely interested, search for vanitygen right on this forum, you can generate said vanity addresses yourself, any old cpu from 6 years ago can generate up to 4 characters excluding the inital 1 within minutes. There is even later versions of oclvanitygen which works on gpus and is being updated by someone.

Do not get scammed by OP, also, if you want others to generate for you, always use split key generation.

I think he doesnt know how anyone can create vanity addresses. This kind of offer can only be seen in Bitcointalk I guess. I saw someone was giving away the user defined addresses in this section and now OP is trying to scam the newbies may be.

Because it's impossible to generate, right?
Do you even know the first thing about bitcoin addresses?

NEVER use addresses which private keys are shared with third parties. You always put your funds at risk.
There's a safe way to create vanity addresses via third parties, which does not leak your resulting private keys to them, called split generation.
Always opt for split generated creation when buying vanity addresses from someone else.

I think the addresses you are offering to sell are free to generate using bitcoin address generator. 4 letters are easy to generate, maybe 5 to 6 letters are more difficult and worth to pay.

This service will steal any BTC that you deposit to that address, as it was not created using split keys.

It's either a poor scam attempt, or OP just doesn't have a single clue on what the fuck he is doing here. Seems like he doesn't even know that it is super easy to create vanity addresses by your own, especially if you are just creating something really short like four letters. For those people interested in creating one but don't know how to create one using vanitygen, you can also try bitherwallet. They have a gui to create the address for you which is easier.

Oh, another hint OP doesn't know a single thing is that he calls "vanity address" as "beautiful bitcoin addresses" which I think the former is known to everyone who even has a minute knowledge of bitcoins.

That is correct, and anyone can easily generate their own address.
If someone is interested about generating an address on windows, here are the precompiled binaries: Vanitygen
If someone needs help with using the program, and let me know. Trust me that OP has absolutely no idea what he is talking about, or he is trying to tell lies about the difficulty of generating these addresses. Best practice would be of course use the vanitygen on example tails with persistent storage and import the private key into it, but windows will do just fine (assuming you do not have any malware on your system).

So you basically used Bitcoin to spit out a vast number of key pairs and you are selling off the details about the ones that have a little pattern in them.  That means that you are selling the private and the public key and that there is no way at all to know that you have gotten rid of the private keys.  You could script out a balance checker, or just poke your head into these accounts at any time and even drain the balance.  If you supposedly don't have the private keys, then whoever buys them from you cannot access the wallets.  Nice one.
