Just a little point to be corrected here, people will still not send funds upfront to the seller and not because they are sure the items were stolen or legitimate but because the rank of the OP is not trust-able enough for such transactions.

These items also are physical items that needed to be shipped, this makes the role of the escrow to be very challenging because the receiver can also claim not to see the goods after the seller must have sent it or vice versa.

This is correct. There are a few of these services floating on that site.
Also OP, I would recommend putting a little more thought and effort into your post to attract potential buyers.
Provide information shipping times, new/replacement packaging, etc.
Maybe be willing to send to trusted members and they can pay after they receive their item?

So, you don't even have the items that you claim to be selling? You wait until people send you money, then you go buy the product as a middleman and ship it to the customer? Sounds like a recipe for disaster, for the buyer at least.
