It will be paid by cash, and in my country they do not accept credit cards for such transactions.
escrow will be used and I can show that it will be paid by cash and not credit card by uploading the recipe.

This is spam in my thread I don't support this. I only buy BTC with moneygram or western union paid by cash. Yeah we cannot have an assurance of just facebook communications, and your choice is secured using moneygram and western union cash payment. Many scam is happening nowadays, being vigilant on transactions is always an important ways to do since most of the buyers of bitcoin were scammed and this was proved as we have read through forum threads. Scammers were circulating around the network and their illegal activities is very rampant around the web and to be secured, you must have a legit deals through a good reputation seller of bitcoin online. |

In most countries, like in India, Western Union and Moneygram can only be used to send money to families and relatives, cannot be used for business transactions. I am suggesting to go for double checking with the laws of your country before engaging. You may use it once or twice, but if you keep on suing them for buying/selling bitcoins, that may create problems.

I don't think you will find someone to sell you bitcoins at Preev.com rates and cover the WU & Moneygram fees.
Why a seller will do that? There is no profit... and also there is a risk.
