This week a new version will be released.
In the new version there will be a unique algorithm for calculating the difficulty.
Transactions will be confirmed more consistently.
Mining algiritm will not changed (sha256), but mining will be possible with ASIC and with video card and even with single processor.

After the exchange will update wallet, deposit and withdraw will possible.
Please be patient.

This version is HARDFORK. After the block 26000 (about two days) blockchain will split and older versions will no longer sync.

With new wallet version, anyone has a chance to find a block! Even if the diff is large.
If the block is not found within 40 minutes then new algorithm reduces difficulty to a minimum

Yes we are. There is no fee but your coin should satisfy several requirements

1. At least 10 pages with informatible messages on bitcointalk
2. Trading volume should be at least 10000 MC in month
3. Link on the OpenTrade should be in the first post of your coin on the bitcointalk
