1. Shady Team
2. Don't have proper escrow
3. Have random members in their slack channel who are self vouching like "Ethereum.link Bitcointalk Thread"
4. Random PICs from Google to build their website.
5. Ther have launch Priority ICO besides general ICO.
6. They claimed to have raise 41520.84798200 ETH but dont provide the escrow address.
