I check your website and I see you have good web development. good roadmap and whitepaper. also A group of team member with traceable work history and academic background but the Announcement here on Bitcointalk is not properly done. when i first open this thread and see your message on the top i thought it was just a normal scam ICO anouncement I do see on regularly bases on ANN thread. I will suggest that this ANN thread should be re-written or give it out to campaign managers to do the work for you.

Projects that implement Blockchain technology to the Voting System are indeed very useful as they want to achieve this project. as argued in the project by voting procurement as in this project say that this will save time, cost, increase the number of voters and others. if the team can bring this project approved I think it will be imitated by many countries to hold a special election to the country by way of voting.

I'm sorry things didn't workout for raising the money for the ICO (during the down market uncertainty with ICO's and poor return on ICOs), but the crypto market has changed.

- There are now flooding of new investments coming in.

- Also, you should still try to reach out to those people to re-invest after they got refunded.

- Also, promise us good exchanges and allocation of fund for listings

- Did you make any private deals with more than 400 Eth?

- Why don't you sell Boule at fixed price in fiat for 35-50 cents per Boule (rather than 1000/1)? Just a thought.

- What we ask of you is to come clean and communicate, which you partially did on Telegram but not here. But we expect more. Give us (the Pre-ICO people) a plan and timeline.

Many of us are willing to put up with the bull crap for a true democracy like your project intends. We don't like crooked politicians. We need to get rid of them at all costs.
