I feel like I'm being scammed here.

I'm having trouble withdrawing my BTC because I can't remember my fund password. I however know my email address but it's telling me that my email address doesn't exist.

So I email them about this and this is their response.

Dear Sir,
I am afraidthe email associated to the account is xxxxx@hgmail.com
To change your email ,the following information is required:
Your username, email associated to your username, a picture of your id card and a picture of your face and id card together(holding your id card besides your face and taking a picture).

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Getting this massage when trying to withdrawal:

BTC withdrawal is temporarily disabled due to the local policy. Undecided

Anybody knows what to do?
