For people who sent btc, dash, ltc and haven't yet received their PAY tokens check that you can see them on: https://tokensale.tenx.tech/#/checkPayTokenBettina from tenx just confirmed to me that if they are visible there then you have nothing to worry about, it's just a matter of time. It takes around 27hours until it shows up in your wallet as they have to audit everything. So you don't need to do anything if you see something like the following when you enter your details on /checkPayToken : Welcome on board! YOU HAVE XXXXX PAY tokens Contribution Amount: xxx BTC Pay token balance will be available in your wallet after the token sale starting June 24th, 2017. Your PAY tokens will be sent to $your eth address. Hope this helps some of you sleep easy. There is no, and the bitcoins have written off. |

FOR NON-ETH DEPOSITS, IT CAN TAKE ANOTHER 72 HOURS FOR THEM TO APPEAR IN YOUR WALLET, that is, if you signed it properly. If I was the tenx team, I would not refund your btc and tell you to F off. |
