When will ICO participants who paid with Bitcoin receive their PAY tokens in the ETH address supplied?
This is being handled pretty bad imo if you are allowing people who bought with ETH to trade but not the BTC buyers.

I think what you see there is the weighted avg.

if you have two orders with #pays and price:
1. order: 1 pay, price 0.02
2. order: 10 pay, price 0.04

then weighted avg price is not 0.03 but 0.03818
