Welcome to the world of crypto. The infrastructure is still being build and these kinds of issues are - unfortunately - part of it. If that gives you concerns, you may want to step aside, let it go for 3 years and then obtain 100% working products. Right now, it is pionering stage.

Yep, anyway such obstacles will arise, I would just make it a bit more clear for the new comers into TENX that it is temporarly unavailable.

People needs to diversify their portfolio b/c it is really risky to put everything into one coin. I will say that Tenx has 50/50 chance of surviving it in next 3 years

TenX was the only one in the domain of payment with crypto to really deliver a working card. The problem they have is not directly related to them and they are currently solving it.
If you want tenX to be on Top 10 crypto, then sell you token because that's not on their plan for the moment. I will be more than happy to buy them :p

Guys TenX is one of the greatest projects and I love it even I do not own a singe PAY token.
But I am in masternode business and I generate passive income with a lot of coins. I need to use them in real shops.
TenX is loved by masternode owners. I am sad my card doesnt work.
I hope we get another card soon to be free once again.
I wonder if one person can have multiple TenX card for family members ?
I want to order 10 cards. For all my brothers and sisters, my mum and my grandpa.

Question - why would visa have suspended the cards spread? ten x will bypass visa another way?
