I strongly discourage new people investing into "payment processor" coins b/c the future is very uncertain due to different types of laws in each country. This will kill the progress of the coin and by the time they resolve the problem, they will be forgotten by the community, like Tenx. This type of coin is really similar to security and they going to have tons of problems with the government.

For regarding with Tenx, they should of shift away from cards thing and focus on COMIT from the start but that didn't happen. They just wasted away 6 months of advantage they had over their competition and they have fallen behind. Tenx is NOT that focus, that is why it drop from top 30 to lows 90's. This should tell you something about the company.

They had angel investor before ICO so they have doing this for at least 1 year. By the way, it is not 6 months, it is closely to 8 months WITHOUT ANY PROGRESS. It really sad that I trusted Tenx  and end result, I got shafted for not selling at original all time high price at $5.50 (0.0016 btc). In cryto world 8 months is long periods of time it is equivalent  to few years. Talk to people who been in cryto world for few years, they will tell you that, the speed  is in ultrasonic speed.

regardless their ability to issue and send new cards, ordering is and was working properly.
of course and the charge of 15 dollars  works perfectly  as well

VISA has stopped all cards of Wavecrest. This has nothing to do with cryptocurrencies itself, it's just about the issuer which has not followed some VISA rules and regulations.

Sorry, I am from EU (maybe it was enabled only for EU?) and I didn't find any official info on this. I just went by trying to pre-register for card every few days...
The huge majority of companies offering "Bitcoin cards" were working with cards issued by Wavecrest (most VISA, some Mastercard). Wavecrest cards - both VISA and Mastercard - were shut down, I guess that Wavecrest has done something wrong. It's not about Bitcoin, I think, since there are still (very) few cards working.
All these companies try now to find solutions to have cards again for their customers, in a way or another. With some luck in the next 1-2 months we should start getting news from the luckier/faster ones.

If I would have gotten TenX card, it would have been in the same situation, but I ordered the card only in this February, so I'll have to wait until TenX solves this situation for themselves too and then wait in line even more until they deliver my card.
