Need a php guru - API integration and admin system coding help

I am in need of a very experienced programmer that is good with php and API integration. In this particular case we are talking SOAP.

Here are my requirements in details:

- API integration with php
- SOAP calls and results
- Admin system display of the result of the calls
- User login system based on the API calls

It will take me roughly 1 hour on IRC/Skype to explain the requirement for the project. If you are up for making some good money please contact me and we can take the rest in details on Skype.
