On the website WebMoney it is possible to obtain support. Maybe your account is not locked, and requires you to enter personal data. So that you can freely use this service you must send in the passport data. May be the reason.

The fact is that there is one only way to get everything back is to drop the claim to the Arbitration and thus start litigation. Only through the court explaining every care and arrival of money, you can prove the opposite of it, you will return your money. There have already been many such cases and it is not necessary that the WebMoney administration has a purpose to specifically take your money. The fact is that there may be different reasons for blocking your account and in this regard you still have to apply to Arbitration.

I constantly use this payment system. I really like this service. And I never had problems.
Try to write in support and explain the situation.

Please give some details of what actually happened. I used webmoney. It is a bit tricky to understand. I like their system except that they charge for SMS. But definitely NOT a scam !

I haven't used a payment processor like paypal, and webmoney. The account is very r isky, I mean they can suspend our account easily. So that's why people here like cryptocurrency because your account can't be suspended by any means in case your forget your pasword or privatekey. To make fiat, just find trusted exchanger and send the money to your bank account. It is more comfortable and more secure to save your money in cryptocurrency.

I think that you break WebMoney ToS and this is why your accoint was blocked. WebMoney isn't a scam website, it's trusted service, I'm using it for more than 3 years and never had any problems. Just open support ticket here:

Maybe op is doing illegal that is why everytime he transact money in webmoney he blocked or i think his account was limited and needs to verify his identity before he can use the service of web money.. honestly never experience use this but many people are still using that web money side here in my group they are still using it never had any issue except for delays.

webmoney isn't scam site and i have been use them almost 4 years and never had any problem regarding my account or my funds and impossible if they blocked your account without any reason but is there any chance your account got hacked? because if you cannot login into your account i think it's possible someone else change your password so you could not access that

Have you tried to contact their support and ask why they blocked your account?
As far as i know webmoney is not scam, they are very old company, 20 years old one. 
Maybe you broke some of their ToS rules?

contact or find our service provider and tell qhat happen to you in that case sometimes weird you know ? or you not secure your webmoney and get hack of other people ,verufy your account is the most probably answer dont tell bad anything for others its just failing about you to not secure your account .

For Paypal I know it can be quite risky, but I have an account with Webmoney that have spanned over 3 years and there have not been any uncommon issue. Op did not say if his account has any form of verification or if he has exceeded the limit of the passport he has. WebMoney is legit.

Straight away, you ask for how to avoid from being blocked. Its slightly hinting that you have don't something against their rules. Webmoney is pretty big and I doubt they'll scam one single person.

I think you're in the wrong here. What have you been doing with your account?

I think they can't gobble your money but as the Victorycoin told you that there may be some pending verification requirements with your webmoney account. Just you can review your account to see if  they need documentation to resolve this issue

Webmoney is legit site. Money can be locked, if person who transfered them to you, contacted webmoney and seller.
