I think that Ethereum in the next five years will be a fairly solid currency, currently its value is slowly rising and surely at the end of this year will increase its current value. In my opinion it could be that its value is very close to Bitcoin.

Ethereum will go a minimum of $20,000 after 5 years if the recent trend will persist. But, currently it is running a crash market and it will continue for next six month and then the boom period will come and ETH must go at least of $7000.

Personally I think that Ethereum, will increase its value and during these five years its potential will grow and surely most of the people will trust more in this currency and will become as solid as Bitcoin.

Ethereum is one of the strongest hold for long term I believe. Thousands of developers are joining the Ethereum network daily. The only issue that ETH may face is scalability issues. But with implementation of Sharding and plasma in the coming months ETH would remain pretty strong.

I can admit the situation when Ethereum price will be not higher than 2.5-3 thousand. But it will gain more popularity - this will happen with 100% probability. In 5 years, Bitcoin might not be the leader.

what a long journey,, maybe it will hit 0.35 - 0.5 BTC per one ETH and i hope i will see that price on 2020 with the development of Ethereum which continues to increase in the future for five years can reach a fairly high price in the future. with the ability, Ethereum is able to continue to grow in the future and become a price so high in the future. so it will be very capable to make profits growing and become worthwhile coins. |

The price of Ethereum is much less corelated to supply and demand as its supply is indefinite.
There will be some fluctuations but its unlikely that someone will store it as a mean of value.
Its more a utility and thats the way Vitalik sees it, so do't keep it as a long term investments as new ETH's produced all the time will keep its value level.

to me by 2022 ether will get $26k and with time so i m planing to buy more ether and store the at convient wallet and print my private keys and keep them at document case. i think will this idea i will be free from hack and scam since the key is no longer in my system no manupulation that will make hacker to wallet my wallet case.

In the summer months the situation could get better, I don't think that it'll be complete recovery, but Eth could get to 700 - 800 $, by the end of the year it could get back to 1000 $. In 2019 will mantain the value, in 2020 will be for crypto huge support, many projects will have their products and people will start to see what is crypto for. In 2021 - 2023 will Eth raise and skip BTC and my guess is about 50.000 $ value.
