Really? Millions? I am afraid that Russia doesn't even have a million soldiers (excluding the reservists). Even if they do have 1 million soldiers, who will look after the land border, which is some 20,241 kilometres long? There are no more than 2,000 Russian soldiers in the entire middle east. I am not sure about the Americans, but I think that the figure is around 50,000.

Yes correct.  Anyone can be terrorist not only the Muslem.  Though the label of terrorism always labeled on Muslim since almost all of the known terrorist are comprises of them.  Maybe to end this, a group established by Muslem also will help the government to fight these terrorist groups.
