If you want altcoins, you should propably create an account on poloniex. You can excahnge there for many altcoins and the trading fee is far less than anybody here on the forum will charge you.

Furthermore you do not need any kind of verification (assuming you are exchanging less than 2000$ per day).

The only fees you have to pay is depositing your BTC, trading fee (0.15%) and tx withdrawl fee of the altcoin.
