As the title states; we are seeking a firm that specializes in ICO creation and promotions to help us raise capital necessary to advance our suite of gaming properties and eventually enter the B2B space where we can resell our software via a set of APIs or a white-label gaming solution

Very long story, short, is that we are an established software and technology company that specializes in the creation of online casino and sportsbook software, all custom built and launched in 2013. In addition, we also own and operate BitcoinRush.io, Bit777.com, Peerbet.org, and CasinoBitco.in.

This year we were engaged with several institutional investors and were looking to raise capital via going public via a reverse merger; however, those options didn't plan out in sufficient time for us. We are now seeking to do a modest ICO on the Waves platform, but will need the help of professionals who are much more verse on this topic to assist us in exchange for $ and/or equity.

We have a variety of capital needs ranging from increased marketing, product development (we have a brand new Peerbet and BitcoinRush.io launching), business development, and bolstering our gaming bankroll for our B2C space.

We have a very detailed pitch deck, business plan, as well as historic and projected P&L. Please contact within, or PM, if you feel this is something you can assist us with.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
