Dear community,

I have had a Poloniex account for a while and have never been disappointed in the service.
However, they now seem to have support-difficulties and they do not respond to my questions.
A while ago I had my account frozen because I suspected someone to try to hack me.
Thereafter I restored my login info, and wanted to have my account reinstated again.

I have been waiting 45 days for a reply, and there is no sign they are going to respond....

I now have two open tickets with the following numbers:

#237217
#128033 (this one has been waiting 45 days)

Am I alone in this matter? Have I been scammed now? Is Poloniex bankrupt?
Did I just lose all of my altcoin-savings?

I hope someone from either Poloniex or this forum can help me.
Losing your biggest investment and basically all your savings is no fun at all.

(yes go ahead and blame me for putting it all on 1 exchange, which I now know is stupid even when they have a USA license)...
