how to get vcc for digital ocean?

I have github code but i want use but it require credit card so I need vcc. I try kardiz (kardiz does not work,  they scam me), uquid does not work also on d.o. any suggestions?

with Do you need a vcc that the name, and address match you can make them or have someone do that for you.

I tried UQUID but it does not work. Digital Ocean says "Sorry but this debit card /prepaid card does not work. Please use a credit card". I dont want to use my real one so I need a VCC and cannot find one yet.

You get verified credit cards through the credit card companies and banks, not from the crypto community.  that is a function of fiat and i am sure that you are not on this forum trying to ask people how to get a fiat verified credit card, especially under illegal circumstances, then you have come to the wrong place.  at least you have done so in a nice, open, public environment for all the world to see.

Actually, you have posted in the marketplace, so that would mean that you are selling those and not asking for them or that you cannot manage to use the forum, perhaps all crypto information will be too much for you and you should stick with fiat.  breaking the law is hazardous enough when you have a full intel level and you are having trouble choosing the right forum area.
