Just wait for it, primalbase will be listed on MEW soon. I just visit myetherwallet account this day and i was surprise ,some tokens are listed like openanx(oax) and other bounty coins.

You will need to wait for sylon to complete all the stakes count/rewards and make it final and then send across to the team to confirm.I believe then they will start the distribution, not sure when hopefully in the coming weeks.

Now myetherwallet haven't a PBT token. But you do not have to worry about it. They always add new tokens to their wallet. We just have to be patient and wait. And if it is necessary, the Primalbase command will provide a custom token configuration for myetherwallet.

Not always... if token is very important they add from the very beginning but other tokens must be added by yourself at first as a custom token...
