Disclaimer: No where does this indicate or show that this is a Pandaminer at this time.

...but this must be what this is, I wonder what they are going to do to fulfill existing pre-orders.

I wonder if they are going to ship these instead or launch them separately while people still waiting on AMD cards.

Today we give you the first pictures of upcoming Pascal GPU mining solution. This system is equipped with eight GP106-100 mining cards, which lack display connectors and are passively cooled.

It’s a full system with Celeron Mobile processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM and 64GB mSata SSD. The power supply is offered optionally, otherwise, 7x 6-pin power connectors are required to run this thing.

We did some experiments with ZEC mining on GTX1080+1080+1070. Such system pulls around 750W from the socket (TDP optimized) with ~1400 Sol/s. This solution requires 1050 Watts for 2500 Sol/s. So it’s 0,5 Sol/s/W better. Not a huge difference, but I guess it all depends on the price. Also, bear in mind these cards (and such system) will have low resale value, unless they find better purpose (Folding@Home?) after GPU mining becomes unprofitable.

Looks like some other details related to this have been posted in another thread.

Anyone out there translate?

I was offered a chance to sell a product very close to this .
I did not want to do so.
these 8 card boards  need a better cpu for nvidia cards
I no longer consider them to be that good the way they are deployed in rigs.

here is the deal an 8 card 1060 does 2600 sols max for cash  and it does   about 3600 mh max for skein

I rather a 3x 1080ti + 1x 1070 diy build  which will do about 2400 sol for zcash and about 3400h for skein.  with careful shopping I can do this build for 2600 usd

smaller quieter just as efficient .

I know a farmer will want 50 of the 8 card rigs.  but frankly I no longer trust the builders of them.
