Why you still using wirex if you had a problem before?
From what i see,it's your mistake.because you did it again and again,and honestly their admin's a bit too annoying.
Why you didnt use advcash or someyhing like that ? You can find it in the forum,
And made a proper format too

I used e-coin for longtime, the card in my wirex account is registred into tons of site, including site that are complicated to change card, it is also registred in paypal.

I do use Advcash for all the website that i can update my card without problem. I love thier service. I did not post that i now use advcash as this is a scamming / bad service report.

I updated my post to fit format, altho i browsed the scam accusation threads and none of them seems to use correct format...

Okay, your description of how the scam was done is quite ambiguous. The coin could have been stolen through a number of ways. Did you enable two factor authentication and have a strong password? I've used wirex and their free debit card for a while now and have never had this happen to me. Their fees might be outrageous st times but they are a legit company.

Also we shall need more proof, show us your account interface and the screenshot and the missing btc.

I transfered the coin to the wrong card, then i tried to transfer it back to the good card... and see for yourself.

went from 0.047 to 0.041 because of my mistake but i do understand there is fees to using their service and i do not have problem with the 0.006 btc in fees but my problem is that my coin dispaeard!!

At first you still had the balance but a while after you did this you log back in and see that all your balance is gone, is that close to the actual situation or am I way off?

So you have contacted their support, right? And this is the third time this has happened to you? If everything you tell here is legit and your coins just simply vanished into nothingness then you deserve to get compensated as there is no apparent log entry that says you spent anything apart from the exchanges you did.

>> I sent bitcoin to my wirex to renew a web server, then i tried process payment and did not work, i checked ovh(server company) and noticied i transfered fund to the wrong card, i transfered back the fund to my wirex account(which worked, with some bitcoin less due to fees).. I though it was because of fees.. so i tryed to transfer lower amount, which also failed.

At the point i was piss off and tried to send bitcoin out of wirex... it sent me a email to confirm btc withdrawal, i clicked the link, after 1 day they sent email to say bitcoin transfer failed...

Since the transfer failed my bitcoin have disapeard.

Uh, this is really odd. If a bitcoin transfer was failed(it shouldn't have failed in the first place because you did confirm the bitcoin payment, so it was clear to send) then they should at least refund your account with the approtpriate amount of bitcoin to compensate for the failed transaction.

The options you have now:

-keep trying to reach them via customer support
-send them a Facebook message on messenger
-Reflect your situation on their ANN thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1392468.0 and try to get a DT member involved. PM them about the situation as well.

Hope you get your money back.

I am sure i will eventually get my money back. I however made this scam accusation because in the bitcoin world, 2 weeks is way too long.

One time bitcoin are 1500$ one time goes to 2500$... 2 weeks can mean alot... it was small amount, lucky me, but, I made this thread so that people know what kind of bad company they are.

I do not use facebook, they dont have custumer support.

I will post my thread into their thread and see what happen.

But any way my situation go, it is not acceptable that a bitcoin related company are holding bitcoin that are not theirs for so long period of time.

Thanks, i posted on their thread as long as left those unprofesional company a negative feedback. I think i have done more then enough to get attention from support of wirex.

Wirex has slow support, horrible system which is often down or not workong. Balances disappearing which do not show up before waiting for answer from support. Wirex is a joke, stay away from them and move into more legimate service. Wirex/e-coin has evee been like this and will always be. I have not heard that they have stole money but getting them out is challenging.

I've used their card multiple times and I was a very happy customer, but now I stopped using them completely. Not because of any issue like this but the fact that they literally eat your money. WTF is with that huge fee when you load your card? Recently I tried to deposit 40$ into the card, but it shows you will only receive 33$ after confirming. A 7$ fee? For what? Don't tell its some blockchain transaction fee because that's bullshit. On top of all this, the scam accusations it has received in the community has made me to move on to some other service.

Yeah i totally agree, i was happy until the ridicolous fees too. And also i would think that they have some kind of control over the fees, so it should not cost that much at all. But to be honest with you, im not even missing their service, im so much more happy with bitwala because i have not had a single problem. Also bitwala charges only 1€ transaction fee on too of that, and their loading fee is around 0.5% which is quite alot less than wirex's 20% that they charge

I dont know what are the rules agaisnt scamming on this forum, but it is very obvious that they scammed me and do not even care to answer me on the forum neither on the website.

I dont know if you guys ban scammer from forum, close thread from scammer or just let them run their scamming business without problem, anyway it is i think now after 2 week action should be done
