Well of course you can be sure that you have an anonymous IP address, but there are also ways to circumvent them if you really want to find.

What I'm saying is that you take a dumb idea in people's head placed a false sense of anonymity. There are people who do not take the necessary precautions and yet with this site to work. These people may result in trouble and you are the cause. Sure I know that you are not really the cause because everyone is responsible for his or her own actions. But just as an educational program, it is your responsibility to correct information in order to protect these people. There are extremely many stupid people in this world.
