PIECOIN REBOOT

Hello PIECoin Community

I recently found this coin, liked it and bought some of them.
I could open the wallet and even the staking worked! :-)

But since yesterday, I get this error message opening the wallet:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!
Program: **folder of the PieCoin-qt.exe**

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application`s support team for more information.


=> I have only the button OK, clicking on it, closes the wallet. :-(

=> What happened here ?
=> I do not understand, everything worked at the beginning.

i have the same bug i get if after creating a piecoin.conf file with nodes

I checked for the piecoin.conf file...... and yes, I have made one too.
Looked through the entries and found a not-valid entry and deleted it.
Saved the piecoin.conf file again.

=> Now, the wallet is running perfectly again. :-)

Well because smart people comment based on foundations and not just by judging
or reflecting their shitty mood on a coin they don't seem to know yet.  

This cryptocurrency PieCoin (PIE) is for positive people who believe in a long term strategy, in the implementation
and development of social sending and for people who want to earn steady revenue by operating
Masternodes. And of course for people who want to see their invested bucks grow steadily (long term!).

Growth shouldn't be measured in just a few weeks. The expansion of a cryptocurrency takes
a lot of optimization on all kinds of different fronts. In a few months surely
the positive effects are visible of the current cooperation and ongoing improvements.

Upcoming:
- Masternode implementation
- increased social awareness, also within the Chinese market through Weibo
- better user experience, website appearance (choice of words), serving people their native language
- improved/upgraded wallets, rapidly syncing
- PIE tradeable on Bittrex exchange
- gathering more skilled developers to be able to develop more bright ideas


A growing active community is already present, no worries.

And in the end it's about how the promosing PieCoin will be used by the crowd in the future and become part of prominent

wallet up and running fine!

downloaded, extracted, run the app, closed it then go find the folder ...user/appdata/roaming/piecoin folder. then make a quick piecoin.conf (text file) fill it with all the nodes from the front page or http://piecoin.info/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/PieCoin.txt save and hey presto running the wallet and enjoying the pie.

one question for any innocent passerby's who have probably heard this a ton of times. back on page 31 i think it was there was discussion of how many coins would be set to start the masternode n then the discussion kind of went quiet (it was a late night read tbh) was there ever a resolution as to what amount will be decided or is it still TBC?

Anyone having issues setting up the wallet give us a shout I'll do my best to help.
