There are plenty of paid to click sites for bitcoin now, some are good, most are bad, just like in the regular PTC world.

It would be cool if Google accepted Bitcoin so you could get paid in BTC instead of through the annoyances that typically occur with paypal (im talking adSense). Since I don't see this happening anytime soon, someone could do something similar, but please don't be as anal as Adsense with their censorship. I've gotten a lot of blogs banned for nothing until I eventually gave up.

Good thing i stumbled upon this, as i have alot of  traffic credits on some traffic exchange sites that i didnt know how to use..
I just hope history about allmost every PTC doesnt repeat itself.

i would not be surprised if this were to happen in the future.

There is still a-ads that will pay you in bit coins but they pay per impression not per click
