I know this. But sometimes you can't help to try until you win or bust. Earlier today I was able to make 0.017ish but did not withdraw. After a few bloody minutes I lost it all.

It's one of the lessons that I've learned in gambling. When you have won a little don't be too greedy and be thankful that you have it already. Because the bigger amount that you are going to long for the bigger possibility that you can lose a lot of money. And also patience is always a virtue and you don't have to be energetic in gambling.

Yes of course can give you a lot of lessons in life, in terms of financial losses that can teach  you how to value money in a matter of time. Because thar time you are engaged in gambling is you are not thinking to earn money for your family and the only thing you aim is to win and not lossing. Exactly as you said. Gambling itself may not teach you any lessons but the after effects of it. The reason on why one stops gambling is due to their realization that they need to mature in order to sustain themselves. I know a lot of people that went broke due to being addicted to gambling but their lives were turned around once they stopped their addiction and instead focused on what is really important to them- which is keeping their job and essentially supporting their families. Once the individual does not stop their addiction to gambling, that will slowly kill their chances of being successful in the future because no one gets rich due to gambling.
