What happened to 0.25% fee?

Promo action Will still keep the fee's low, but for 0.25% nobody can run a pool profitable. 0.9% is a good middle-way for all coins to keep fees low while still be able to pay for all the servers / network equipment etc.

All one have to to is transfer at least 0.1 btc to Nova and put in a no limit buy order and you would have pumped CTIC2
