Hey everyone,

Sorry for the lack of dividends payout from ASCMDVCPT.  Let me explain the full situation.

Twobits holds all the shares and passwords to the cryptostocks account and thus controlls all payment and processing of dividends.

I am very aware that the last payment was 30th oct, it has been prior to August since I have had an email or PM from him and we had 4-5 methods of contact.  I know he had some laptop issues and then was having to borrow friends PC's to do stuff.. and that is what the last 30th oct would have been.

This is not the only venture I entered into with twobits as he held the passwords for fuzzypool a btc mining pool.  That I have had to close down as well and as I could get the wallet off the pool I was able to make manual payouts.

Regarding the shares there is not much I can offer besides some token dvc from my own personal wallet to say sorry.  I believe twobits will be back, he was a nice guy and not looking to scam peopl, he could have done that longer ago with me and got away with more money / btc if that was his motive, but I know that other matters in real life can take over and I think this is one of those situations.  I hold some 1000+ shares myself so its not as if I am not wanting twobit to return as well.

Post a screenshot of your number of shares with your dvc addy and i'll send you some DVC to say sorry if you want from my own dvc.

Just an announcement to let everyone know I am looking to purchase 5 ASCMINER shares direct myself and take over the listing on cryptostocks fully.

I am paying for these shares out of my own pocket and I will see what I can do for past missed dividends on the listing as well.

Sorry for the situation but I am trying to rectify this in the best interest for the shareholder.  I would rather fork out the BTC to show that I am an honest person caught in the middle of someone else not doing their part with this listing.

Lack of active support and replies from Kumula about transferring this listing to my posession is leading me to think that this is NOT going to go well me trying to run this listing.

I currently hold 2000+ shares of the listing.  current value of the stock is

1 full ASCIMINER share = 0.455BTC
dvc/btc on vircurex = 0.00000057

1 ASCMDVCPT share = 0.455 * (1/0.00000057) / 1000 = 798.24DVC

I have placed a buy orders at 1000 DVC for 1000 shares if anyone wants to get out of the listing.  If there is no reply by the end of this weekend I will have to push Kumula to shut the listing down or advise no further trading etc and people to cash out and advise on the DVC main thread and close this thread etc.

Sorry for the way this is playing out but I have tried really hard and it has cost me about 5btc to try and correct this situation so far and i'm hindered all the time by other people's lack of support or adhering to my requests.

Ok i have had a reply from Kumula.

He is going to make one final attempt to contact the email address on the account holder on the listing and if nothing has been heard by the 5th of March he will transfer ownership over to me.

My decision I'm afraid to say has been to start the closure of this listing starting with actions on the 5th March by Kumula passing control of the listing to me and I will pay out dividends to all share holders for backdated dividends.  My shares I hold at that point will not be included in the dividends so I will compensate everyone and pay a little extra for the situation. Dividend payouts will be paid in one lump sum based off the figures from above

After this dividend payout I will be looking to close the listing down no later than the 30th March 2014.  No further dividends will be paid out after the payment on the 5th march.

that is enough for me to buy all the remaining public shares out on the listing so you can sell out your shares for relative ASCMINER share cost in DVC.  I apologise I do not have enough to buy up at current trading price hence I will try make up for it in the final dividend payout.  My decision has been based that I and others have no or infrequent replies from Kumula for support regarding cryptostocks and I can not run this listing if it is going to be a headache to get anything done or fixed,  if there is another DVC listing site like cryptostocks then I may consider re-opening the listing there.
