Say I want to steal peoples Bitcoin, and I go download code from a real coin from Gethub, chage the logo etc.. premine 20 million of them, pay for people to on Facebook to say it's a great coin and I steal their bitcoins and they get stuck with my shit copy/paste coin?

You just issue a token on Eth or ETC or XCP or NXT or Bitchares or ....
You dont need to have blockchain. Then promote your ICO as you want. It is not really hard this days. But that will change of course. People investing in crypto will get way more educated in upcoming months and years.

I joined a local group with many members, where I discussed altcoin, bitcoin trade. There is a registration fee for new members and is valid forever. Very useful to have relatives and business associates.
How can FB groups pay?
