Starrie is a reputation platform built on top of blockchain that takes into account human feelings.
We deeply believe five stars ratings are broken. They are not human. We are building a dual token platform,
Raise your hand if you know someone who had to deal with bad ratings of fake users

Developers SDK (open API)

There will be an Open API which  will allow mobile and web apps to plug into the platform.
Devs will be able to use the Starrie reputation system for their new apps or on established apps as a complementary feature.
Actually, the whole Social graph will be Open, and developers can use it as they wish.

I'm a lurker, I read a lot, and really the kind of person who prefer working hard behind the scenes instead of writing a lot.

Since Starrie is still in its early stages, we don't need a massive bounty campaign.
Whitepaper Translation and other bounties.
Whitepaper translations are reserved to our Starrie Ambassadors.
We believe that once you translate a white paper, you are likely to be one of the best people to explain what the project is about.
If you choose to become a Starrie Local Ambassador, you should do it because you really believe in the project.

Depends on what you mean with "this". There are a lot of moving parts. I suggest you to check the WP, it is the non-scientific version, I hope I've been clear enough, but, really, I answer your questions so I can make it better.

It sounds interesting with this title "The human reputation platform" . I will follow this thread and consider to join this project .
Dev should release more detailed plans for this ICO and When is it available for ICO launching.

This is not just a fly by night project.

Ayro is a long standing active member of the Waves community. He has been working on this project for quite some time and has covered many aspects and identified good opportunities to disrupt traditional rating systems.

People need to be aware this is still work in progress and Ayro is reaching out for initial feedback and interest.  If you read the whitepaper you will see how many different elements there are to this project and Ayros dedication to get this off the ground.

Very interesting project and I will be watching closely.
