LockBox (MultiSig) while offline

Is there a way to open the Lockbox Manager while using Armory Offline v0.96? I used to be able to do this using Armory 0.93.2.

Also, there's a bug while online, I'm sorry if this has been talked about before.

While online, after importing a Lockbox, the imported Lockbox won't appear on the list of Lockboxes available. You need to restart Armory to be able to use it. I'm using both Ubuntu 16.04 and Win7.

I see what the issue is. Will fix it for the next testing build.
