The best option in my opinion would be to search in localbitcoins from sellers of your country who will accept payments via TCF Bank. Alternatively if you can use the bank debit card in Paypal, skrill or other services, you can easily purchase from any reliable exchanges if you are afraid to use your debit card directly to merchants' sites.

thanks, I did check localbitcoins and the only people who accept this bank are on vacation, I can use paypal but I don't have time for the people's bitchy comments about paypal. Bank transfers are the simplest options for people.
