This is the best time to invest in bitquence as eth is low.Buy eth and invest in bitquence and it is like 1st day bonus more coins for less price.

Last two days are going to make huge difference as crypto is slowly slowly turning into green. BQX is going take benefit of these confidence restoring and will see lot of investment coming into it. At least 1000 ETH more can be expected in last 2-3 hours from where it will be by then.

I've spent a bit of time looking into this myself.

I've come across Iconomi and Taas as other platforms that aim to provide diversified baskets of funds for investing in Cryptocurrencies.
I assume they are closer to market that Bitquence (based on their ICOs having already taken place) and as far as I can tell are not cut off from US investors.

I can see the general attraction of Bitquence when compared to managing multiple wallets of different cryptocurrencies.
But is there a key differentiator of Bitquence when compared to Iconomi and Taas (or any other platforms that aim to make it easy to hold diversified portfolios of cryptocurrencies inside funds)?

We would be skeptical of those token sales (especially of Iconomi which is offering something that is very easily argued to be a security) offering to U.S. investors. We did a lot of legal due diligence and are proceeding extremely cautiously since the last thing we want to happen is lose value because of legal problems that didn't confront early on. We are building legal positions that will allow us to expand into the U.S. market at the right time and grow long term.

Sorry . However, we believe it is in the best interests of everyone long term for the project to be adequately capitalized to maximize chances of success.

I don't have any problem with waiting 3 more days. It could be 7 or whatever.
I just don't find it right that change the terms during the ICO.
Maybe the targets could be USD anymore then. If your plans or expenses based on USD nad if you can't handle when ETH goes down, better the targets should be USD.

If you are talking about the legal Terms and Conditions, we aren't actually changing anything and there (see https://www.bitquence.com/bqx-creation-terms/ para 13). The creation period can last up to 30 days, but we aren't extending it by the full amount since we believe that would be unfair to participants. Furthermore, we believe it is in the best interests of everyone involved that the project is adequately capitalized to tackle many of the legal challenges we will be facing since we are much more cautious than many other token sales have been.
