FREEWallet.org SCAM ( Don't use any of their iOS or Android APP)

Hi everyone,
Freewallet.org suspended my account without any explanation. I completed full identity verification (KYC) as requested, and they even scheduled a call — but then they went completely silent.
My support ticket has been ignored for several weeks, and my funds are still locked. My follow-up emails have led nowhere.
They hide behind Indonesian arbitration and Terms of Use that allow them to ban users without cause.

If you’ve been affected too — please speak up and share your story. Let’s make this public.
I’m currently preparing complaints to consumer protection authorities in the EU and reaching out to journalists and crypto investigators.
We can’t let them keep scamming users — if you’re affected too, don’t stay silent.

Freewalet is a scam.

I made a transfer of $286 on the Tether network(bep20) to the Tether network(erc20) - hash https://bscscan.com/tx/0x8684a6b504fb11ec6f3d3f3d5b7b383a5a404b7adbef3d2703e02f47d7207935

The money was successfully credited, but it is not displayed in the wallet.
I contacted support and asked them to transfer money to me on Tether(bep20), and I waited 3 days for a response.

But freewallet support refuses to transfer money to me on Tether(bep20).
They just stole my money and appropriated it for themselves.
I do not recommend anyone to work with them, they are thieves and scammers.
