That might happen, because after bitcoin Eth is the one that has gained good investors. Also with ethereum platform lots of tokens were into usage. This too adds certain contribution to the growth. Erc20 token selling is simple, only thing required is the particular token needs to get listed on some exchanges.

the first step to do is to search the market of the token that will be sold, to find a market can use the coinmarketcap site or cryptocompare site to find the market in an exchange.

You just need to have gas on your wallet such as myetherwallet and the others before you can send them or whatever you want to. It is just like other coins, you can either hold it or just sell them all.

There are many exchangers that you can trade ERC20 but among all exchangers most of the people trade ERC20 tokens on EtherDelta, which supports exchange of basically all ERC20 tokens. But one must be careful with trading on etherdelta because it's generally a really slow exchange, with some high rates if one doesn't manage his/her gas fees correctly.

etherdelta is good for trade ERC20 tokens and IDEX i think, this is new exchange for er20 but the trading volume is too low here,,
better use etheredelta or wait until the tokens listed on other exchange

it is a very simple steps to sell your token.firsly you need to import your token etherdelta and from ether delta you have to deposit your token to sell.after that you need to make sell order to sell your token into ether.make sure you follow the price of that day and make sell order.

You can sell them on any exchange where there is your token. For example EtherDelta

It depends on which exchange list the ERC20 token. You are able to check on the exchanges on coinmarketcap, ANN thread and the project website.

Etherdelta seems to always be the first to list ERC20 tokens.

I do not prefer to use the etherdelta for the trading of ERC20 tokens. But I know that there could be very low prices. My common exchanges for trading any kind of alts including ERC20 are Bittrex and Cryptopia.

very easily, they have a market like altcoin and the unique erc20 is sold using ETH instead of like altcoin that uses btc. you can check one of exchange etherdelta.com

Mostly for receiving ERC20 (or new version ERC223) you need a compatible wallet, such as MEW (MyEtherWallet) https://www.myetherwallet.com/ (it's very easy to be created so I will not write you how to make it)

After that you can sell the tokens on an exchange platform, now there are dozens of them. Most popular Etherdelta, Yobit (just check on https://coinmarketcap.com/ where and which tokens are sold)

They work just as any other crypto currency, the only difference is that the gas you pay is in ETH.

you just need to have its contract address add custom token put that there and the decimals and name. you will see the tokens you have once done.
