This is proof that it's him.
Don't deal with this person, I have verified that the address was edited on the 10 of June 2017 after the claim it was hacked.

Wich adress has been edited on the 10 june ?
Where can you see this ?

I don't know what to think as i am not a professionnal bitcoin buyer.. each one telling another is scamming, is there a lot of scam here ?
And what is the risk if we proceed on localbitcoins ?
This address: 1FtstDWefLNA1BcDqdeCV9Y3BWMJvTeVbQ that he used to sign the message was edited to look like he used it on the 07.February.2016 and 07.February.2016

Here are the links: Link 1 and Link 2

To see that it was edited just visit the link and hover your mouse on the date and leave it there until it shows you the edit date.

If you use localbitcoins you will be safe and around 80% of the people here are scammers.

Yes transaction will be done with localbitcoins
Is there anyone else interested ?

Hi, I told you it would be difficult to find a buyer here, why don't you try the giftcard option, there are a lot of people here buying GC.

Yes i know but the problem is that i have no more bank account for the moment and i only got money on hipay, i can do escrow and everything.
My new bank account will be opened in 15 days and i need cash. If i exchange hipay to BTC i can credit my VIABUY prepaid card.
Hipay is an unknown but good payment processor if u want to receive withdraw to your bank account.

Stop insisting on this HiPay thing! Use Localbitcoins or a reputable escrow here!

Nobody knows anything about HiPay. I'm sure you have motives behind insisting on using it. You're up to something not good.

Someone's getting burned soon. They never learn. Hardheaded twits.

Did you saw this answer to another member ? This response is for you.

Did you read all posts ? I make escrow, the member can contact hipay, make transfer step by step, so please, if you won't make an exchange go make your predictions on another topic
