Nexus compared to Quantum Resistant ledger?

Both these coins are trying to be resistant to the possible danger of quantum computing.

Is anyone here smart enough to understand if the approach of one is better than the other?

Nexus by a long shot, not even close. Whitepaper has been promised soon; I've seen excerpts and there is more info on the quantum resistance and ways to achieve it.
