Some people claim they are trying to develop the coin, but they are trying to keep the extra coins secret. It might be that they have a way or an idea on how to develop the coin well, you'll just have to wait and see.

Yes, it was Max Keiser. He was one of the important figures in 2013-2014 pump and dump schemes. Sadly too many investors lost money because of him. I'm glad that we passed that time and he isn't around here anymore.

1) I bought some kittehcoin,

2) got an explorer to see if things looked right,

3) noticed things did not look right,

4) started getting private messages sounding me out for help with a pump,

5) I dumped and asked the pumpers to make the op accurate or start a thread,

6) they did not, so I started this thread...

I still have a lot of kittehcoin that I bought at 3 litoshi or so, some at 1 litoshi, so if the coin is fixed I'm glad. I do not have any plans to do anything with this coin, I believe the coin is in a tough situation. If you want to try and fix it, as long as you do it above board and do not hide the crooked coins I'm not against you.

Best thing that could happen here is Dev's with secret stash dump and gtfo- or use it to build community through bounties faucets whatever.. . . Although I also look at bytecoin where Dev is rumoured to secretly hold 95% of supply,  and that coin is worth a fortune. Hmmmm.  Not yet kitteh,  gotta be more open for me.

some new MEOW’s. Because he felt like everyone deserves some Kitteh he sold them.

Any new thread should mention the exploit directly and include the counterfeit coins in the 'payout schedule'.

If you want to salvage the coin you could go the extra yards and include a plan to rehabilitate the coin in your new thread.

Kittehcoin wont get anywhere when someone owns 60%+ and is selling 100's mill every day!!! if anyone is working on meow look into a roll back and try find out how the fuck this happened so can be prevented again. The pump crew on this coin obviously has some talented people, and they have a vastly postpremined coin that they can basically build any kind of economy with.

Bytecoin devs started out with such a pile of cash that they could pump their coin to the moon and sustain it. Also they produced a bullshit story to cover their coins but nobody could 100% prove it was bullshit, whereas with kittehcoin a person can say ~100% the coins were created by one person in a way that others do not support.

A lot of coins with vast premines have done well and in this case if they were upfront about stuff they would be the only premined or postpremined coin to at least consider the premine / postpremine as something that they need to redeem or justify, rather than the usual premine pretext of "we are kings so we can premine". Has the potential of a Robin Hood coin if the devs are able enough.

Instead of thinking about Ethereum maybe it is better idea to consider x11 masternodes to make coins more secure.

Problem with Ethereum will be too big blockchain very soon. Some predictions wrote about 1TB Ethereum blockchain size till the end of this year.

Also, it is good idea to insert in source code new checkpoints regularly.
