People won't have weapon and then you expect them not to use them. Eventually, every one turns out to be defending themselves until its proven otherwise. Just as money defines a man's real worth, there is some form of courage a gun at hand or home gives to the most cowardice of persons. Once there is a burst somewhere, every armed and loaded individual would feel the need to return the shots. so in total a loss of 267 people per day.
