Forum ranks/positions/badges still update every 30 min?
With a max of 14 per 2 weeks?

I would really like to know this because i read it from a very outdated topic (2014)

In order to rank up you have to atleast make 14 post if you've manage to made that 14 post after two weeks your activity post will update so the extra post you've made if you have manage to made 30 post those will be appended or added in the next two weeks. Just be patient and post/reply/create a heard/ a good quality post not actually necessary but you might a profile statistics if you want join a sig campaign to earn some bitcoins in the future but if you have a business like an online shop,bitcoin mining or trading, It's up to you.

Why does it go so slow 
And why i didn't post more i'm member since 2014

If you hadn't been posting everyday since 2014, sometimes it takes sometime for it to reflect the activity added. But I did notice lately that the activity has been updating late, I'm not quite sure though why it did take some time for the activity to reflect on the profile.

AFAIK, updated every hour.

In order to rank up you have to atleast make 14 post {...}

14 is maximum points you can get per 2 weeks. There is no "minimum" post count per week. That is, even if you posted less than 14 times, you would still get activity points according to number of posts you havw made.

True you have to post min 1 post every 2 weeks to get your activity points up!
