GPU mining is long dead , you are a few years too late , which in bitcoin years it's like decades , better with the money you wish to invest in a pc for mining , just invest them in some coins , there are plenty of alternatives out there which you can buy and later on when the price is right for you  to sell them on the market and make some profit , though I suggest you to spend a few days/weeks to get more acquainted with what BTC and alt coins are and how you can profit from this.

I think you are talking about 1080 ti GTX as it surely makes more in mining altcoin than any other GPU (also more when converted in bitcoin, you can't mine bitcoin with GPU-s but you can very well mine alts like ETH and ZEC,LBRY and a few others). Also the best in this area is to build a board like TB250 Biostar which is now being named as the reference board for mining and supports up to 6 GPU-s. With 6 1080 ti you can make about 64 USD or  0.0254 btc a day with actual bitcoin price of 2465 USD. The initial cost will be huge though, 4500 EURO only for the 6 cards plus about 700 Euro or Dollar for the other parts. ROI is pretty fast also during this time, with these 6 cards you will ROI in 3.5-5 months so if you have the capital is worth a try.
