So I'm not 100% sure if this is the best section to post this under, but I'm sure that there are people that can help me find this.

I remember reading about a program that tracks trades, profits, margins, everything, but I cannot find the original post.

Are there any programs that people recommend or use that could do this for me? My spreadsheets are getting busier every minute and you slightly lose track when you trade coin-coin sometimes.

Any help is appreciated.

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

Most people use the app Blockfolio on their android smartphones to track their coins. I saw someone linking this article about the app on an older post where someone asked the same thing as you. Check out his article: https://chesatochi.com/blockfolio/

There is also this open source project that works well on any browser: https://treetwig.github.io

I plan on checking out the app soon.

My first thoughts on the treetwig is that there is no sell tab. I'm looking for something to be able to post buys & sells so it can keep track of the original cost of what I bought.

Both mycryptoportfolio and https://altpocket.io are very nice.

Thank you, I'm currently trying out altpocket, I quite like it for the first few minutes. I wish it could show you buying with Bitcoin and add/remove Bitcoin from your investments. I do enjoy the fact when I mark a sell of a certain amount that it does take it from part of the coins I have in current investments.

Thanks for using altpocket, you can change Between USD / BTC ( you chose this in the menu to the right ) and in our new update, we will also let you choose a lot more currencies.

This chat is extremely helpful and informative. Something else I would recommend to anyone learning!

It's extremely insightful.
