Now the question is: why every year the % of cancer survivors increase, if cancer is not cured?

Because "cure" is 100% survival rate.

The aspect of treating is far more profitable that curing is more of a political debate, political debates of course are not really based on fact. Just greed and bullshit.

Sadly, I think Dr. Paul's career - almost 25 years of trying to make a difference, and largely failing - is representative of the chances anyone has up on the Hill to do any good.
