I don't think your system is safe enough.

1. One month ago, I have 100 TTTs in my account.
2. But some days ago, I found that my balance was 0.000.
3. I could not find out any transaction record on the dashboard of my account.
So, TTTs just disappeared??
I have all screenshots for the said processes.

But you can do nothing.

The odd things was, during the communication process, I was not allowed to sign in. What happened?
When I tried to reset my password, I was noticed that:
Wrong username or password or your account has not been activated.

What the FXXX, if my account has not been activated, How did I receive TTTs from you one month ago?

I believe someone stole my TTTs and the one can control my account without my ID and password.

I'm not Bitotal and like i recommended you, you should contact them personally and not through a forum.
The fact that you didn't do that makes you:
A- Someone looking for popularity
B- Someone has to hide something
C- A scammer
I think personally that you are all of three but that is not my problem.
If i have to judge you as the chinese translator of the website who signed a NDA and didn't accomplished the job given like in this case i wouldn't give you a penny and i would sue you.

The last day of our ICO has come.
It has been a 2 months long journey that started from 1 dollar initial offer price.

We didn't have any so called pre-ico that gives the full decision-making power of a big project to a few people.
In the aftermath it was the best decision to make as we believe in giving everybody the same possibility.

We ended the 1st phase of our start-up with a big demand of our coin and the updated TTT price is now $2.96/€2.49/BTC 0.00064347.

Starting from tomorrow the new investment plans will be drawn up based on the total money raised.
The first step will be to define the TTT holding share percentage of every shareholder.
This process will determine the company ownership and afterthat the Board of Management.

During ICO were 526,398.1606 TTT coins distributed.
We destroyed 4 million tokens and we kept another 473,600 TTT coins available for sale in exchange.

The ownership list has been made and all our shareholders have been notified.
The top 10 investors of the list are coming from: 3 The Netherlands, 2 United States, 2 Russia, 1 Germany, 1 France and 1 Ucraine.
This list measures the shares held by each shareholder and gives the percentage for dividends and vote power.

The sale of TTT coin will continue for indefinite time until the sale of the last available token.
Important rules have been drafted for bounty owners and new buyers:

There are probably 2 reasons for that:

1- You can't read but i think you can
2- Your issue is not so important otherwise you would contact them by their email and not in a forum

The launch of our Trading platform is coming closer and we are excited that we can soon trade our coin. We cannot disclose the exact date yet but we can assure that the last three weeks has been a very busy timeframe.
When will be sure that the exchange will be safe for everyone of us we will give notice through our website, Twitter and other known channels.

In the last week there have been issues with Poloniex and their Api.
For this reason some charts are not working properly on our website and we have decided to update quotes manually and prices can still be viewed here bitotal.com/charts.html

When our trading platform will be active we won't need any other api then ours and we won't have this issues anymore.

Our shareholders have expressed their first vote where they were asked to give their opinion on three important decisions to make.

Among others it was decided to submit the TTT coin to Bittrex.com and after this we sent the request to trade our coin on the Bittrex platform. However it is also obvious that those big exchangers seen us as competitor and they are reluctant to promote our project.
